What we build
AI Agents for logistics, specifically.
- 01
Delay and exception triage
Detects the exception from tracking or an inbound email, works out the cause, and drafts the customer notification with a revised window rather than an apology.
- 02
Document collection and validation
Chases missing paperwork from shippers and brokers, validates it against requirements, and files it where the operator expects to find it.
- 03
Customer and consignee updates
Handles 'where is it' across WhatsApp, email and voice from live carrier data, so operators only touch conversations that need a decision.
What we measure
- Exceptions resolved without operator touch
- Time from exception detected to customer notified
- Documents complete before the shipment needs them
Instrumented in week one and reported weekly. These are the numbers the engagement is judged on — not a forecast of what they'll be.
Constraints
What has to be true in logistics.
- 01
Extraction accuracy is measured per counterparty
One carrier's invoice layout is a solved problem; another's scanned fax is not. We report accuracy per source so automation is enabled where it's earned.
- 02
Customs and tariff answers get citations or nothing
Classification suggestions carry the source rule and go to a licensed broker for confirmation. An unsourced HS code is a fine waiting to be issued.
- 03
Integrations fail, so the design assumes it
Carrier APIs and EDI feeds go down mid-shipment. Retries, dead-letter queues and a visible degraded state beat a silent gap in tracking.
How it runs
The AI Agents engagement, step by step.
- 1
Use-case scoping
Pick the workflow with the strongest ROI. Define success metrics, guardrails, and integration points.
- 2
Tools & memory
Connect the agent to your real systems — CRM, helpdesk, data warehouse, internal APIs — with auth and audit trails.
- 3
Eval suite
Build a versioned eval set from real conversations so we can prove the agent improves before each release.
- 4
Pilot with humans
Shadow mode → suggested replies → autonomous on low-risk tasks. Humans stay in the loop where it matters.
- 5
Production scale
Monitoring, fallbacks, cost guards, and observability. Weekly improvement cycles based on production data.

FAQ
AI agents for logistics operations: your questions.
What if the carrier API is wrong?
It often is. The agent reconciles across sources and flags disagreement rather than picking the most recent — a confidently wrong ETA damages more trust than an honest 'sources disagree, checking'.
Can it place bookings?
Within limits you define — lane, carrier, value ceiling — yes. Outside them it prepares the booking and a human confirms. Most clients start with the second and move some lanes to the first once the log shows it's been right for a quarter.
How is this different from a chatbot?
Chatbots reply. Agents act. Our agents call APIs, update records, send emails, schedule meetings — with audit logs and rollback. They take actions in your systems, not just respond in a chat window.
Which LLMs do you use?
We pick the right model for the task — Claude Sonnet/Opus for reasoning, GPT-4o for tool use, Llama / open-weights when data residency demands it. We're not locked into any vendor and we'll tell you what's cheapest at your volume.
