What we collect

• Contact-form submissions. Name, company, email, project type, budget range, and the free-text brief you provide. Used only to reply to your inquiry.
• Operational logs. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, page accessed, timestamp) retained for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention.
• No third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or behavioral profiling) on this marketing site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and maintain a record of our business correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where it lives

Form submissions are received via Netlify Forms. Email and conversation logs are stored in standard business email (Google Workspace) and CRM systems we use internally. All providers we rely on are GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

You can email admin@neuroxai.com at any time to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We respond within seven business days.

Engagements

Once we sign an NDA + statement-of-work, the engagement's data-handling terms supersede this page. Those agreements cover code, repos, customer data, and deliverables — not the visitor data described above.
